By accessing or using the CrediaStudio platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

CrediaStudio provides a creative digital workspace including design tools, collaboration features, and portfolio management utilities. The Service is offered “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORTHERN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify NORTHERN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT INC against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Spokane County, Washington.
